Wonderful hotel stay, didn’t expect hotel to be new and modern. Great jacuzzi warm pool water. Iron board, coffee machine, spacious room.

The hotel was amazing - but unfortunately trip.com was NOT. I highly recommend booking with the hotel directly. It’s the same price with much better customer service and cancellation/modification policy. Call them directly, the hotel is a gem for families! Amazing pool, great restaurant and they even had a bouncy castle!

Everything’s excellent about the hotel really enjoyed the roof top pool and hot tub! Food is 5 Star Easy walking distance to downtown and the Bell Centre

The location is excellent, as it connected to the RESO (on top of Place Bonaventure), so you can practically walk from Gare Centrale to check-in within 5 minutes. Important attractions such as Vieux Montréal, Place Des Arts and Chinatown are totally within walkable distance. Facilities at the hotel are nice, with outdoor hot tub and executive lounge. However the room temperature is a bit on the cool side and unable to adjust with controls. Better bring warm pyjamas!

the staff is a bit arrogant and not helpful in answering the parking questions.

The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the main train station, and directly connected to Montreal's underground corridor (including the subway station). The hotel facilities are relatively old. I encountered problems with the curtains and the shower head in the bathroom on the first day of my stay. After reporting it to the front desk, an engineer was immediately sent to repair it. The outdoor swimming pool on the 10th floor is heated, and there is also a sauna room... White foreigners especially like to soak in the pool and sunbathe.

The hotel has a great location and a nice lobby view But the room and service are not worth it. It is not a 4-star hotel. The room is not very clean and tidy. There are not enough supplies. Same price, one station away, more options
