Just a walking distance 5-8 minutes from Vernice Mestre. Staff are friendly and helpful. In room got simple cooking stuff and you can just go nearby supermarket to buy ingredients to cook. And they also provide the 24hrs self laundry service, just purchase the laundry tokens (1 token for washing with 1 detergent capsule + 1 token for drying). Recommend for business trip or family travelers!

I really don’t understand how this hotel operates and strongly do not recommend it! I booked this hotel for three people because I saw there was a large bed and two sofa beds. We also paid the price for three people's accommodation. However, when I check-in, I was quite shocking when the hotel staff told me that since we were only staying for one night, they wouldn’t put sheets on the other sofa bed and asked me to open it myself when needed. At that moment, I was a bit shocked and thought I had misheard. When I opened the sofa bed myself, I found the sheets were extremely dirty, with obvious stains. Am I supposed to change the sheets myself after paying for the hotel? Additionally, the condition of the large bed was also poor, with clear stains. I paid for accommodation for three people, but the hotel only provided towels for two, and the hygiene situation in the room was terrible. I'm very disappointed with this hotel.

I travel often and this is the worst hotel stay experience so far. There is black mold in the shower and the service was terrible - I was ignored by some receptionists / the receptionist who was helping me to check in served other customers at the same time and kept me waiting. Also my privacy was invaded - I put the “Do not disturb” sign on my hotel room door but I was shocked that there was a card from the hotel on the desk in my room! One member of staff ignored the Do not disturb sign and invaded my privacy by entering my room to deliver the message when I was not in my room. The message on the card included an apology (I guess the apology is for the mold problem) and also mentioned the manager wanted to meet me the next day. When I met the manager, I complained to him that a member of staff ignored the Do Not Distrub sign on the door s d invaded my privacy by entering my room and delivering the message card and the manager defended his staff and he didn’t offer any compensation for the mold problem or the terrible service. He mentioned it will take him a few days to investigate and asked for my contact details. It has been about three weeks since I checked out and I still haven’t heard anything.

conveniently located near the train station great food options around the hotel! hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious enough in my opinion :) iirc no daily cleaning but you can go down to lobby for towels if needed highly recommended as it is much cheaper than staying in venice!

Really lovely hotel, very close to the train station, great staff and perfect facilities - such a great stay!

The Hotel was 10 minutes walk from the Venice Mestre teain station.There is a nice restaurant around the corner called Da Michele open till late night and a local supermarket called Interspar where you could get your daily supply. The rooms were clean and appreciated for the free upgrade. The staff were very helpful. Wifi and paid laundry facilities are excellent.
