Very nice apartment/hotel alike. The employees are extremely helpfull too! 20 minutes walk to the munich centre and 10 minutes to munich hbf.

The room is spacious. 5-10minutes walk from central train station. Bed is comfortable, soundproofing is good. The only drawback is the water presssure is low in the shower and the water temperature fluctuate during shower.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a buffet breakfast for 21Euro available.
Location: It is located near several metro stations and near Marienplatz (10min walking) excelent for exploring the center of the city... however, be aware that about 2 or 3 blocks around the hotel in all directions are construction sites, shady corners and people loitering everywhere. So, not the most inviting and enjoyable area. First time I have ever seen a security guard in a Lidl Supermarket in Germany. We did see several efforts to improve the area though, hope it gets better soon because the hotel is very good and the location is excellent to visit the city.

Stay is close walking distance to train stations and many convenient stores.
Service was really great and helpful. Free coffee at the lobby when you bring your own cups down 😁
We enjoyed our time at the stay. Will definitely be back again!
