房間乾淨整潔，臨近集市，出行吃飯都挺方便的。但是房間沒空調，對於怕熱的還是很不友好，而且房間設施很少，桌椅欠缺，放東西都很不方便。

民宿位置比較好，就在廂壩集市旁邊，外出吃飯選擇很多又方便，小區地下車庫下面就是廂壩農貿中心，每逢2、5、8趕集，採購當季農產品很安逸。民宿在頂上是閣樓改造的，隔音與私密性差。但房間還不算太小，三張床都較寬，能睡下一大一小，對家庭人員多入住很划算。衹是房間不太對流通風，稍怕熱的最好選擇帶空調的房間。今年才開業，房間乾淨衞生整潔，設施簡單實用，廚房能配備一台小冰箱就好了。衞生間有一地漏設計在門口基本成擺設，沐浴時需將洗臉盆下的下水管取出，水才能流走，否則要弄個水滿金山。另外遇到風大時，廚衞有嗚鳴聲。老闆一家人都和氣，服務挺好的，入住5晚還是滿意。

老闆人挺好，小區裏免費停車。但是不得不説，第一掛靠的融舍民宿，私人的；第二在一樓，露台就很雞肋了；第三也是最重要的一點，不通風啊，沒有防盜門，就一個玻璃門，沒有安全感。有一個房間、廁所、廚房（我們沒用廚房，純粹當過道）都沒有窗子。外面的房間有窗子，但沒紗窗也沒圍欄，你開窗子睡覺，外面的人可以從窗子爬進來。而且樓上不知道是有老鼠還是貓，抓了一晚上。總之沒睡好，醒了很多次。避雷避雷

設施：酒店設施很新，使用起來很方便，很舒服！
衞生：房間的清潔衞生非常乾淨，是用心在經營的！
環境：我們是一家人，兩大一小，房間三個床，第一次分開睡，各睡各的，一家人都很滿意，周邊環境也比較不錯，交通方便，停車免費！
服務：這次體驗重點是服務非常加分，老闆娘非常和善，見面就是微笑，一開始入駐的是有麻將機的房間，隔壁就有人在打麻將，我們擔心夜晚小朋友被鬧，給老闆娘説了之後馬上就給我們重新換了一間房，態度非常好！
總結：下一次去南天湖還會再訂這裏，這次的體驗非常不錯！

房間在頂樓，房間挺大，還行吧，3個床。廁所旁邊有個鐵門，電視看不了信號很差。
