A cozy 2-bed room apartment with a balcony and separate little garden, both offering nice views of the surroundings. For us, coming with a large car, the spacy underground parking was really appreciated. There are shops and restaurants nearby and Andorra la Vella is only 22 km away, a great place to do some shopping.

They advertise a parking place but only give half a parking space. I drive a Seat Leon and it doesn't fit at all. We asked for a crib for our baby, and we reconfirmed it when we picked up the key at the reception and it was not there. When we called to ask them about it, we were treated very disrespectfully and they hung up on us, and never answered it again for the day. We had to call, again, because the toaster was very dirty and the oven was very greasy. It was dripping and a lot of smoke came out of it when we turned it on. They said that it was going to be a priority for the day, and yet a person came at 6 PM and warned us that she was not able to leave it 100% okay because the grease was there from a long time ago. We called again and they said they could do anything. We ended up with a formal complaint on booking

Arrived to collect keys with my booking receipt confirming location of rental property. Reception moved us to a property 20 mins walk away up a steep hill. I complained but the reception were rude and simply not interested. Their responses suggest this issue was not uncommon. It turns out, having gone back to the online booking, the booking details had been updated post-sale. I have a receipt before the holiday showing the correct address, the updated online receipt post-holiday showed a different location. Total cowboys who took my money and offered no refund. I was further out of pocket then having to rent a ski locker for the week. I would not use these awful people again. Also, the pictures on the website to do reflect the accommodation... but that's another story.

This is totally misleading. We booked the hotel, once we reached, we couldn’t find the hotel and to realize, it was a different name. No signage, no instructions given to us. We had to keep asking the people, mostly tourists which cant guide us aswell. Once we finally found out. We did the check in. No option to give cash deposit, only credit card. If you don’t have credit card, they will not entertain you even you prepaid your booking! Once the check in was completed, they gave us a direction how to go to the building, expect that you will be lost as they say turn the first corner, make left, make right. I mean, 2022 and they dont have a printed map. In the room, we booked for 4 person. We requested amenities for 4 and asked to set up the sofa bed. And we found nothing. 4 star hotel, no telephone inside the room, incase something happen, in our case, the next room was having a party whole night. We cant complaint as we have to drive out to another area to get to reception. No security in the building. 4 star hotel and we were told that we have to clean all we use before checking out. Never book this hotel. Many other hotel will give you 4 star feeling with less price

Upon check in, cash deposit was not an option. We've requested to prepare the room for 4 but this wasn't done until we did it ourselves, we were told to wash the dishes and empty the garbage bin. If the kitchenette is offered as a facility, the service should be provided as well. Bathroom amenities were not enough even for 1 person, shampoo and shower gel was empty! The location and hotel's name is totally misleading, the address given was only for the Reception, so you might want to contact the hotel first and ask where your room will be allocated, otherwise, it will be a random pick on where you will stay as this property manages 5 hotels on different locations if not mistaken. There was no phone inside the room. We had a noisy neighbor during midnight and would want to report it, but since it's late, we did not really bother going down the main entrance to reach the only phone in the building. This is not a 4 star experience at all.

Very cold and impersonal treatment at the reception. Small and crowded apartment. You are forced to leave it clean when you are going to spend a few days relaxing. Little light, ridiculous curtains and the largest window does not have a blind. If you have to sleep in the dining room at dawn you will already be awake. In the middle of summer, forget about going, there is no air and it is brutally hot. I do not recommend.

I want to record my total disagreement with the treatment received by this establishment in the event of a cancellation due to major causes. The same day I entered I had to cancel due to Covid. Through the Booking reservation page I not only proceeded to request a change of date since I was still interested in returning, but I also assumed the cost of the first night. This occurred on the same day of arrival (not the next day as the establishment claims). Result: I couldn't go up for health reasons. I requested a new date (which I never heard back from). I assumed paying for the first night and \"according to the establishment's policy\" and clearly ignoring the procedures carried out, they charged me 100% of the cost. Is it preferable to go up with covid? I will have to review it in your \"reservation policy\". Honestly, and with all the years I have been going up to Andorra, I have not come across such an unprofessional response.
