The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel was really clean, rooftop pool was great with fantastic views. Breakfast buffet provided a wide range of foods, tasty and fresh.

Worst hotel ever in Vietnam.
1. Reception service like ****. The female manager tried to con us hy saying we drink their water bottle when we have a big 5litre bottle on the floor which the security also verified. We stated maybe your house keeping opened it while we checkout and tried to pin on us and con us. The female manager is reluctant to say anything and just chase us away. For any guest staying pleas beware of this dirty tactic applied for trying to scam tourist.
2. We have breakfast option for 5 says. We tried 1 day and the remaining we ate outside. It's bloody ridiculous options and so many not fresh. And the entire breakfast area feels like you are in north Korea constant monitoring of any wastage you might have and keep asking you finish you finish ? Damn annoying. Can't even. Relax and have a good breakfast.
3. And worse part : guess what ? This hotel is right next to a ******* service named SAKURA VIP MASSAGE. By night you will have many many men's looking for service. We couple felt unsafe at all staying here.
Totally ban it at all time and cost !

Pretty good location. Everyone was nice. It wasn't to loud. My room on 13th floor overlooked beach & the city. Not bad for price. Close to beach, restaurants, & stores. Would stay there again.

The service at Fivitel King in Da Nang is seamless. The staff from the reception area, catering and cleaning are all so friendly and will always acknowledge you.
The roof top bar with its panoramic views and the two pools is simply a great place to make friends or spend time out and recover from the sightseeing in Da Nang.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all a traveller would need.
The breakfasts provide a wide variety of Asian and western foods. Again the staff are on the ball and so very helpful.
