The hotel offers quality service.Their family room is spacious. They also offer delectable foods in their restaurant located at the ground level.The staff are friendly and respectful and also the guard on duty.The white beach is just across the hotel.Overall we had a pleasant stay☺️☺️☺️

Iam a returning guest @ shoretime hotel. Love the location it is beachfront, station 1 & near to the grotto. all staff are friendly & helpfull, they serve delicious food, great costumer service & good value for money.

Close to Sunny side cafe and Paraw Bar and restaurant. Opposite the beach in station 1 and a close walk to Dmall. The tuk tuks are overpriced and rude when you tell them they are overcharging. We walked all the way to station 3 and back to station 1. Can easily be done. The breakfast was okay. Their restaurant is across the road from the main hotel and you can enjoy breaki literally at the beach shore.
I would say that this hotel has a lot of potential and should be renovated. New beds(was bitten by bugs), pillows, dressing tables etc in rooms as well as the taps and showers. This could all be done with some revamping. The staff is wonderful which made us more comfortable however we don't think we will book here again.

The hotel is very clean and organized, the staff is very kind and attentive, the breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant too! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend the hotel! Thank you all for the reception!
